First Grade students in Mrs. Searls class and Mrs. Moan's class collected supplies for troops in Iraq.  The father of one of our Lincoln students is stationed in Iraq. His job is using heavy equipment to build schools and parks.  The soldiers have to drive 31/2 hours to get supplies.  We decided to help them out by sending  boxes of suppplies to Iraq.  We mailed the boxes over Thanksgiving so the supplies will arrive in time for the Holidays.We also wrote letters to the soldiiers.  We are proud of our First Grade Students.
