Shoes don't need to be cleaned because they will be cleaned for us by Laundry Lounge! They will be distributed in August by the Kiwanis. We are collecting them for kids in DeKalb who need shoes for the new school year. You may drop off in boxes in homeroom class or in the office. Please help us out! Ice Cream Treats for the winning homeroom!

• Remember - bring your change in to support the American Cancer Society! The 4 choices to donate to are as follows: 1) Mr Vincent will be duct taped to the wall and pegged with water balloons by a few of our very own students! OR 2) Mr Howells will dress in all purple and DYE his hair purple for the cause OR 3) Ms. Condon will take a pie in the face by a lucky student! OR last but not least, 4) Mr Weller, while wearing some bright red lipstick, will kiss a real live pig! Drop your extra change and money in today! The bins will be available before school, during lunch, and after school in the cafeteria! Start donating to the cause to help fight cancer today!!!!

• Advisory service projects:

• Miss Trippi’s Advisory is collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. If you have a pop tab from lunch or a snack, drop it off in the envelope outside her room or give it to one of her advisory students. They will be collecting them until April 29! Thanks for your help!

• Turn in your empty juice pouches to your homeroom teachers! The homeroom that collects the most pouches will receive an ice cream treat!! If we collect 200 pouches or more, there will be an after school craft session to teach you how to make bags, pencil cases and other neat stuff from these juice pouches. Save your juice pouches to give to your homeroom teacher, and save our planet!

 • Mrs. Chilton’s advisory is collecting kid supplies for them at Hope Haven. We are in need of: toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, combs/brushes and lastly bars of soap. Amy amount will help us! Please bring to Mrs. Chilton’s room (room 120) by next Tuesday! Thank you!
