Solution Thinking for Excellence at Jefferson School

"Solution Thinking for Excellence" is an affirmation program which involves a series of personal greetings between staff and students. The program emphasizes desired outcomes and encourages students to change from within. When used correctly, "Solution Thinking for Excellence" results in maximum motivation for excellence which:

*Produces desired changes in the students' attitudes.
*Changes the spark of excellence in every person to a flame.
*Decreases discipline problems.
*Increases scholastic achievement.
*Decreases teacher stress.
