2005-2006 School Year

The purpose of the Technology Committee is to assist with developing a master Technology Plan to address instructional, management and administrative needs of the staff in a fully networked system and ensure students the opportunity for access to computerized, high-tech information services.

Committee membership includes teachers, support staff, administrators, parents and community members. The committee meets on a monthly basis during the school year.

The DeKalb School District’s Technology Committee will be focusing on updating our district’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and writing a district-wide technology curriculum this year.
