Policy - Attendance Medical Statement

(taken from the student handbook)

Any student whose absences exceed five (5) consecutive days for an accumulation of a total of ten (10) days during a school year, may be required to provide a doctor's statement regarding future absences verifying the student's inability to be in attendance. Failure to do so could result in future absences being unexcused.
