The Common Core State Standards Initiative (CCSSI) is an effort designed to improve educational outcomes for students by developing a set of common, voluntary, internationally-benchmarked academic standards in mathematics and English language arts. National PTA
® partnered with experts on the Common Core State Standards to create grade by grade guides that reflect the standards adopted by more than 40 states. Individual guides were created for grades K-8 and two were created for grades 9-12 (one for English language arts/literacy and one for mathematics). Eleven guides were created in all. By clicking on "Common Core State Standards Information for Parents," you will be connected to the these guides, titled Parent Guides for Student Success. For more details, check out the CCSSI overview. (This overview is also available in Spanish.) "

Family Access
Click on the Family Access Link below to open. Skyward's Family Access will open in a new page.
Click on FAMILY ACCESS Tutorial to learn how to use Family Access. To close the tutorial, click on the back arrow of your browser.
Beginning immediately, payments for food service will no longer be accepted under the WebStore on the district web site. Parents should immediately begin using Family Access. Payments made via Family Access will be credited to accounts in less than 24 hours.
The change for processing food service payments was made to consolidate information for parents/guardians under one easily accessed location, Family Access. Using the Family Access portal also makes it easier for families to keep in touch with the District by updating contact information such as home/work phone numbers, address, and email address changes. For additional information about Family Access, open the FAMILY ACCESS Tutorial, or contact your child's school office. All username/password requests must be completed by your child's school office.
