04/19/2008 - Boys A Capella Takes Third in International Competition

Under the direction of Travis Erikson, the Boys A Cappella group, Fly Check, placed third tonight in an International High School A Capella competition, sponsored by Varsity Vocals, Inc. The competition was held in New York City.

The competition was won by Cherry Hill West High School, from Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Second place finishers were from Leon High School, Tallahassee, Florida. Congratulations to DeKalb High School's Fly Check, Varsity Vocals, Inc. International Boys High School A Capella third place medalists!
